Falstaff Bar

The Falstaff Club plays a very important part in the life of Lewes Little Theatre. It’s a congenial place to meet en-route to a performance or to discuss during the interval or after curtain down. Perhaps its greatest asset however is after 10.00pm on the weekly Tuesday evening working parties when the volunteers of our club can enjoy club life to the full, and real friendships form. This generates and recharges the spirit of team work so necessary in any successful progressive club.

The well stocked shelves offer a wide range of soft drinks, bottled beers, wines and spirits, in addition to the "home brew" of Harvey’s draught bitter. The bar is open from 7.15pm until 11.00pm during the run of all productions, where interval drinks may be pre-ordered and consumed in the foyer if preferred.

Like the rest of the Theatre the Falstaff Bar is run by volunteers, and as with other areas of the theatre any volunteers to help run the bar would be welcomed. Click here to find out how to help with backstage activity at the club!
